Google Analytics uses different types of techniques to identify URLs when configuring a destination goal or a funnel. One of those types is Equals To.
Equals To is a match on every character in your search string from beginning to end. Let’s give an example:
If you set your Equals To for an URL or URI to be: “/Page A”, then only those pages that contain “/Page A” in the URL will be included. Pages like “/Page ABC” will not be included.
